• Purchase validation may require receipt/token verification and anti-fraud checks.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their platform rules; unless legally required, we do not directly issue platform payment refunds.

4. In-App Advertising (IAA)

• Some product editions include third-party advertising content.
• Ad formats may include splash/open app, rewarded video, interstitial, banner, and native ads.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, or outcomes of third-party advertiser content, products, or external links.

5. User Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, manipulate transactions, or perform unauthorized in-app purchase abuse.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass security mechanisms, or attempt unauthorized source extraction except where law explicitly permits.
• Upload, distribute, or transmit illegal, fraudulent, infringing, pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Interfere with service integrity, abuse APIs, automate unauthorized traffic, or circumvent compliance controls.

6. Intellectual Property

• All source code, design systems, graphics, trademarks, product names, text, and software elements are owned by DolphinPlayer.com or its licensors.
• No part of the Service may be copied, sold, sublicensed, or redistributed without prior written authorization.

7. Privacy and Data Obligations

• Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Where required by law, user consent flows (for tracking or personalized ads) must be respected through system controls.
• We may suspend specific features in regions where legal compliance cannot be assured.

8. Age and Minor Protections

10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DolphinPlayer.com and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DolphinPlayer.com from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling apps and discontinuing access.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, legal obligations, or platform requirements.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable local laws.
• Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Zhangdian District, Zibo, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

15. App Store and Google Play Compliance Statement

15.1 Data Safety and Account Deletion Requirements

• Where required by store rules, app listing disclosures include SDK data categories, ad/analytics identifier processing, and deletion pathways.
• If account-based features exist in a specific app edition, user account/data deletion workflows are provided according to platform policy.

15.2 Age Rating and Child Treatment Flags

• IARC/Store age rating questionnaires are completed according to app content, ads, and purchase behavior.
• Child-directed treatment flags (for example, Google child-directed settings) are configured where required by audience scope.

15.3 Tracking Transparency and Sandbox Rules

• On iOS, ATT prompts are shown where tracking permission is required.
• Where tracking is denied or restricted, the service operates with non-tracking alternatives as technically feasible.

17. Commercial Cooperation Scope

• Business and technical cooperation communications can be initiated via support@DolphinPlayer.com and chenyuan@DolphinPlayer.com.
• Any custom development, integration, or enterprise-specific delivery scope must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
• If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial contract, the signed contract controls for that project scope.

18. Export, Sanctions, and Legal Use

• You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
• You may not use the Service in prohibited jurisdictions or for unlawful restricted purposes.
• We may restrict service access where legal obligations require geoblocking or other compliance controls.
